We are committed to seeing patients. You can take advantage of “Time of Service” fees. We will try to keep cost to a minimum and arrange payment plans if you need them. Please contact us for estimates and additional information.

Our "Time of Service" fee schedule is available to any patient we see and can reduce costs substantially if you pay for your visit when you see us.

This plan helps us to eliminate overhead costs of billing related to insurance. We can save everyone money. This program is a good option if you have no insurance or a high deductible.

Medicaid Patients

We are able to treat any Medicaid patient with an appropriate referral. We require a referral from your passport provider prior to scheduling your appointment.
