Uninsured Patients
We are committed to seeing patients. You can take advantage of “Time of Service” fees. We will try to keep cost to a minimum and arrange payment plans if you need them. Please contact us for estimates and additional information.
Time of Service Fees
Our "Time of Service" fee schedule is available to any patient we see and can reduce costs substantially if you pay for your visit when you see us.
This plan helps us to eliminate overhead costs of billing related to insurance. We can save everyone money. This program is a good option if you have no insurance or a high deductible.
We are able to treat any Medicaid patient with an appropriate referral. We require a referral from your passport provider in order to bill them for your visit. If you do not have a referral and would like to pay out of pocket, then we can certainly see you but you will personally be responsible for your bill.
